    The 2023 Etna Rosato lifts up with a delicate blend of white strawberries, dusty earth and minty herbs. It's soft-textured with a bump of zesty acidity and mineral-tinged orchard fruits that add contrast. This tapers off with medium length and is wickedly fresh, leaving a subtle trace of chamomile to fade slowly.
