Tasting Notes: A beautiful pale yellow color with golden reflections and very fine bubbles. Very expressive, it offers notes of white flowers and citrus fruits.
Winemaking Notes: The grapes are harvested by hand in Gers, South West France. Vinification takes place about 2 hours north in Bordeaux. Fermentation occurs at 16-18°C. Second fermentation takes place in the bottle for 12 months before disgorging.
