Made with young vines from the estate's three parcels. Petillant is made by a variation of the methode ancestrale. The wine is bottled while there is still some sugar, and finishes its fermentation in the bottle to produce a gently bubbly wine. After 3+ years in the bottle, it is disgorged and given a balancing dosage - if necessary - from Huet’s library of older Vouvrays.

    The 2019 Brut Vouvray Petillant is a finely tuned, subtly sparkling wine with a supple, rounded, airy expression. It's light on its feet with a fine fresh fruit character and delicate, lees-derived almond flavor. A refined tow of acidity flows through on the finish.
