Location Notes: Grapes come from a 4-hectare vineyard planted in 2008 in San Pablo in the Tunuyan subregion of the Uco Valley.

Winemaking Notes: The Cabernet Franc grapes are manually harvested and fermented with native yeast. After 8 months in concrete tanks, the wine is lightly filtered before bottling.

Pie Franc is a Cabernet Franc that comes from a selection of sandy soils in San Pablo, at an altitude of about 1,500 meters, one of the highest areas in the entire Uco Valley. From vineyards planted in 2010, this Franc is a very ripe vision of the variety, with sweet flavors and without the usual touches of herbs and tobacco that are so common in the grape in this area. With firm, fierce tannins, this wine still needs a couple of years in the bottle to gain complexity.
