The grapes were picked at full ripeness and then macerated for 4 days. Fermentation and maturation on fine lees took place in wooden barrels until bottling. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Straw color with golden hues. The aroma of vineyard peach intertwines with perceptions of ripe fruit, honey, and dried flowers. The wine is full, balanced, mineral with nice acidity and a long aftertaste.
