Taft Street (20 L) 2022 Chardonnay, Sonoma County KEG

Winemaking Notes: A portion of this Chardonnay was fermented in neutral Damy French oak with the remainder cold fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks in order to maintain the high fruit profile.

Tasting Notes: Meyer lemon preserves and grapefruit notes emerge from this energetic vintage. The palate is fresh and rounded, with ripe green apple, lime zest, and honeydew melon rind. The result is a bright, fruit-forward wine with a long enjoyable finish.
