Cloud Hidden is a gorgeous single variety bottling of Greco grown by John Siletto in San Benito County. A portion of the wine sat on its skins for six months, in two incredibly beautiful clay amphorae built by hand by Owen Nelsen from Napa clay. The rest of the grapes fermented on skins for two weeks in stainless steel and then matured in neutral oak. The wines were blended just before bottling. To round it all out, Charlotte Beavers painted the dreamy idyllic label. The wine was named after Alan Watt’s introspective collection of essays and muses that he wrote on Mount Tamalpais in the 70s.

Cloud Hidden has ripping acidity with beautiful golden notes of apricot, peach, honey and flowers. Giving it a moment to open will show this wines true beauty.
