Meinklang united two very different characters to create a balanced whole. Apples and grapes fermented spontaneously without any intervention or additives to create this delicious beverage. The fruit was harvested by hand from biodynamically farmed orchards and vineyards. The apples were pressed directly and fermented dry before being bottled with Grüner Veltliner must in the ancestral method.
