Winemaking Notes:  The estate was increased to 3 hectares in 2012 where the vines are worked by animal traction. Ecocertified organic, the wines are vinified without any input.

The red wines of Gregory Guillaume are vinified semi-carbonic then aged in barrels and the whites are direct press, vinified and aged in barrel.

Tasting Notes:  A lot of delicate fruity, a sauce body and notably well placed acidity makes this another easy drinking bottle from GG.
