Grégory Guillaume looks you straight in the eye when he talks to you.... or more like straight through you. This dude used to hang out in caves as a pro-spelunker before hanging out in caves as a pro-winemaker. He started his winemaker career in 2011 with 1.5 ha of vines and now runs 3 ha of Grenache, Merlot, Syrah, Alicante, Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, all certified organic. Located in the same village as Les Deux Terres, Grégory is part of the new wave of Ardèche that is putting it on the map as a fulcrum of vin nature inspired by the famous low intervention wineries of Valvigniere. 

When asked why he decided to make natural wines, Gregory simply explained it’s the only wine he likes to drink. His wines are zero-zero, fresh and light; a gorgeous expression of fruit and terroir.
