Kitaya Junmai is made from high quality rice amidst the natural beauty of the Tsukushi Plains. A silvery, crystal clear color glows from this junmai with aromas of damp slate, apricot skins and white flowers. It tastes fresh and springlike, with loads of honeysuckle, other white flowers, and white peach. This is balanced with a slight bitter almond finish.
