Yann and Séverine Alexandre farm 6.3 ha across 28 plots in nine villages, with a focus on Pinot Meunier supported by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Based in Courmas, their vines span calcareous clay, marl, stone, and flint soils. Farming has been regenerative and chemical-free since 1999, earning HVE Level 3 certification. Cover crops, deep root systems, and biodiversity are central to their approach.

Each plot and variety is vinified separately. Fermentation occurs in stainless and oak, with low sulfites, minimal intervention, and selective use of malo. Wines age 5–7 years on lees and are hand-riddled and disgorged. The goal: site-driven, detailed Champagnes with freshness, balance, and zero shortcuts.
