Located in the western Montagne de Reims, Champagne Bonnet-Ponson is a historic grower estate based in Chamery, with roots dating back to 1862. Now led by Cyril Bonnet, the domaine reflects a balance of tradition and a more site-driven approach to farming and winemaking.

The estate farms just over 10 hectares across a mix of Premier and Grand Cru villages. Vineyards are worked organically and span diverse soils including chalk, clay, sand, and silex, contributing to both precision and range in the wines.

In the cellar, the approach is restrained and deliberate, with native fermentations, parcel-by-parcel vinification, minimal or no sulfur, and aging in a combination of vessels. The wines emphasize clarity, texture, and structure over richness. Pure energy!
