Aquamarine is a vibrant and bright Sauvignon Blanc, meticulously sourced from vineyards across the diverse terrain of Marlborough, New Zealand.

The vines are carefully trained to maximize flavor during the growing season. Once harvested, the grapes are immediately and gently pressed, followed by a cool fermentation to preserve their unique aromatics and flavors. Various parcels are then artfully blended to achieve a generous, full-textured wine. The distinct soils impart a signature minerality to this wine. It’s perfumed with notes of nettle and ripe tropical fruits, which carry through to the palate alongside citrus flavors and a rich mineral character—classic traits of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

Aquamarine is crafted by the dedicated team at Heaphy Vineyard, with Andy Nicole serving as the head winemaker and master blender. The entire Heaphy team is involved in every step of the process, from grape sourcing to ensuring the final product is ready for shipment to the United States. Heaphy Vineyard became part of the Boutinot family in 2022.
