Olivier Coste is a young and talented winemaker from the South of France who is producing beautiful, exuberant wines. His family owns the renown rosé property Domaine Montrose that has been producing wine in the Languedoc since 1701. Growing up on the property and watching his father work the vineyards and the cellar, Olivier developed a profound attachment to the Languedoc terroir and its wines. Following in his father's footsteps, Olivier lives at Domaine Montrose and is the 12th generation to work the estate. Olivier and his father utilize 300 years of history and tradition to produce the wines of Domaine Montrose, and now the Olivier Coste line.

Sustainability: The Coste family is dedicated to sustainability and biodiversity on their property. 100% of their energy needs come from solar panels. Waste water is reused on the property. They use mechanical tools, rather than chemical herbicides, to weed in the vineyard. Pheromones, rather than pesticides, are used to prevent harmful worms. Grape pomace fertilizes the vineyard. Biodiversity preservation includes the continuous planting of trees to maintain the wilderness (more than 2,000 at present).
