Tasting Notes: The color is straw yellow with greenish highlights, a persistent mousse and fine perlage. The bouquet is filled with floral hints, most noticeably of wisteria and acacia flower as well as fruity notes of green apple. This Brut Prosecco is fresh and elegant with a balanced acidity and hint of tang. Ideal as an aperitif as well as throughout the meal, the sparkling pairs well with sea food, raw fish such as oysters, truffles and scampi.

    Bright straw. Aromas and flavors of botanical herbs, yellow apple and sweet spices. Fresh and juicy, with very good inner-mouth perfume and acid lift to the rich fruit flavors. Finishes long and bright.

A tart twang of citrus and savory herbs linger, as the mouth waters for another sip. This fully satisfying Prosecco punches well above its price point.

    The NV Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore opens with a sweetly scented bouquet of crushed apples, chamomile and spice. It's soothingly round with a savory white pit fruits and sour citrus blend. This tapers off squeaky clean while leaving a mineral tinge that punctuates the experience nicely.
