Vinification: Pre-fermentation extraction for 4 hours and mild pressure of the grapes in a pneumatic press. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts follows in a stainless tank at 17-18°C temperature. The wine remains on its lees for several days. Aging occurs for 6 months in inox tanks (60%), amphora (25%), and French oak barrels (15%).
Tasting Notes: Citrus flavors, white fruit, floral and herbal aromas. Rich, round in the mouth with a good aftertaste.
