Vineyard Nots: While searching for vineyards to farm themselves, Shaunt and Diego crossed paths with a number of multigenerational growers who've been farming organically for decades. They decided to launch Populis as the négociant label of Les Lunes Wine—an outlet for crafting bright, refreshing, and approachable wines from these historic, responsibly farmed sites.

All Populis fruit is organically grown throughout Northern California. Old-vine Carignane comes from Mendocino, Counoise from Lodi, and French Colombard from Solano County.

Winemaking Notes: The 2025 'Reversee' is made with Populis/ "patented" Reversée technique - co-fermenting rose juice with red grapes. They blended in some rosé of Syrah and a touch of Colombard for lift.

Tasting Notes: Deep yet light, and juicy with a touch of structure, this year's Reversée is so drinkable and delicious.
