Vinos Pijoan NV Mistela Vermut Rose, Valle de Guadalupe

Crafted in Mexico's Valle de Guadalupe, this aromatized wine is inspired by traditional European aperitifs while showcasing the native botanicals of Baja California. A blend of Moscato Canelli, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Zinfandel, and Grenache is fortified, aged for six months in neutral oak, and infused with around 15 locally foraged herbs, wildflowers, and botanical extracts.

The result is a layered, herbaceous aperitif with floral aromatics, citrus lift, and a balanced bittersweet finish. Enjoy well chilled, over ice with sparkling water and a grapefruit or tangerine twist, or topped with sparkling wine for a refreshing spritz.
