Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from an organically farmed vineyard in Los Chacayes in the Tunuyan subregion of the Uco Valley at 4265 feet above sea level. The vines were planted in 2009 to alluvial sandy soils.
Winemaking Notes: Grapes are cofermented on the skins for 10 weeks with indigenous yeasts. The wine is bottled unfiltered with minimal SO2 added only before bottling.
