Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from a few sites throughout Monterey County. The wind and mild, steady coastal temperatures in Monterey make for wonderfully balanced Chardonnay. Grapes are harvested early September.

Aging: 20% new French oak

Tasting Notes: Fresh, lush nose of lychee, ripe Meyer lemon, and pear, with hints of hazelnut and citrus peel in the background. Delicious, medium-bodied flavors of granny smith apple, pear, and citrus. Finishes long with flavors of ripe quince and a perfect measure of acidity.
