Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from Finca Suarez' Finca Perico vineyard located at 1100 meters above sea level. The vines are 20 years old. Finca Perico is the family's original estate, where multiple generations have been raised, and was purchased by the family in 1921. The soils are of alluvial origin, with sandy loam soil on stones. In the vineyard, the use of water is carefully rationed, as it’s their most precious and scarce resource. Finca Suarez adheres to regenerative farming methods, respecting both the soil and biodiversity.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes are whole bunch pressed and then fermented with native yeasts in used French oak barrels. The wine ages for 10 months in tank before being bottled.
