Sourced from stunning organic Chardonnay vineyards along the South of France’s seaside, Les Marées is a collaboration with a multi-generational farming family to create a truly special non-alcoholic sparkling blanc de blanc.

The base wine is carefully crafted, and the alcohol is gently removed through low-temperature reverse osmosis before adding a delicate sparkle at bottling. The result is a refreshing mineral-driven sparkling wine with bright green apple notes. It’s fantastic on its own or transforms a spritz or cocktail into something transcendent.
