Le nouveau est arrivé! It’s glou glou juice that ’s light, bright, fruity and ready to get the party started.

The 2025 Modales Nouveau was made with their La Gracia estate Regent grapes. This year ’s vintage is the 2nd wine to be released that ’s officially certified from Modales! The grapes were harvested early on September 8th to keep the acidity in the fruit vibrant.

Once at the winery, the fruit was transferred whole cluster to a stainless steel tank gassed with Co2 to get a 6-day session of carbonic maceration underway. Fresh off carbonic maceration to press where the juice saw limited extraction and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel at low temperatures to preserve the aromatics. This wine was bottled without a single sprinkle of sulfites, just naturally occurring sulfites left from fermentation.
