Paul Blanck et Fils 2024 Pinot Noir comes from organically farmed vineyards in Kientzheim, a village in the heart of Alsace known for its chalky limestone and clay soils. The fruit comes from multiple sites and 35+ year old vines, giving the wine a nice combination of freshness, structure, and depth.
The grapes are 100% Pinot Noir, de-stemmed and fermented with indigenous yeast before being raised in stainless steel. The result is a fresh, mineral-driven Alsace Pinot Noir with bright red fruit, subtle earthiness, and a clean, savory finish. The limestone soils bring a distinct chalky character and energy to the wine, while the older vines add texture and concentration without making the wine heavy.
Certified organic farming, indigenous yeast, stainless steel fermentation and aging.
