Bodegas Cauzon 2020 'Cauzon' Tempranillo, Granada

Vineyard Notes: This high-altitude, 100% Tempranillo comes from Ramón Saavedra's north-facing vineyards in Cortes y Graena, on the north side of Sierra Nevada mountains. No chemicals are used in the vineyards.

Winemaking Notes: The 'Cauzon' is aged in stainless steel with occasional use of small old barrels. Ramón’s terruño speaks for itself so very little intervention is required in the cellar. Native yeast fermentation, no filtering or fining at any time and no additives of any kind, not even sulfur.
