Vine Age: An average age of 7 to 13 years old

Winemaking Notes: The fruit was manually harvested in small baskets between August 30th and October 2nd, 2022. Temperature controlled fermentation. Maceration lasted from 5-25 days depending on variety, and the wine aged for about 7 months in a mix of French wood sizes. Very little new wood employed.

Tasting Notes: The wine exhibits a dark, bright color. The nose is dominated by dark red fruits, herbal notes, intermixed with spicy aromas and mineral notes. On the palate there is a nice tension. The texture is mineral combined again with hints of black fruits and aromatic woods.

Pairing Suggestions: Red and white meat, pasta, cheese and vegetables.
