Made of 100% Grapes! Grape Republic only uses grapes grown in Nanyo City's unique environment to make their wine, adding nothing extra. This philosophy extends to their grape cultivation process as well. They avoid using herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, or preservatives. They don't add sugar or acid and only use naturally occurring yeasts.

Their winery, completed in late September 2017, features 17 Spanish clay fermentation amphorae. After harvesting and destemming the grapes, the Chardonnay was whole bunch pressed. The juice was separated to amphora and used barrels for fermentation and aging. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without any additives.
