Laberinto 2023 'Arcillas' Riesling, Maule Valley

Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from a single 0.7 ha plot, facing south with a east-west orientation, planted to volcanic soils on steep slopes.

Winemaking Notes: 80% of the grapes sees 6 hours of skin contact, while 20% sees 5 days of skin contact. After fermentation finishes, the wine ages for 8 months on its lees in amphorae and concrete tanks.

Tasting Notes: Clean, deep yellow-green color. It has an intense fruity and oily character with hints of quince on the one hand, and on the other, rich aromas of celery and honeysuckle. Which leads you into a concentrated and perfectly balanced palate of lime, green apple and wet stones with good depth and rich acidity. Ideal with fish such as trout and all types of charcuterie.
