Vineyard Notes: 50% Old Shore, farmed 100% by Stranger Wine Co. and 50% Outcross Vineyard
Winemaking Notes: 7-hour skin contact for added texture and flavor, then directly pressed. Barrel fermented in 228-liter neutral French oak barrels (one 5th run) with native yeast. No SO2 during fermentation or crush. Native malolactic fermentation did occur.
Aging Notes: The wine aged for 8 months in a mix of 228-liter and 500-liter barrels without racking or battonage. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
