Green & Red Vineyard 2022 'Chiles Canyon Vineyards' Estate Zinfandel, Napa Valley

Vineryard Notes: This wine is a blend of Zinfandels from three terraced mountain vineyards overlooking Chiles Canyon: Chiles Mill, Catacula, & Tip Top Vineyards.

Winemaking Notes: Fruit was destemmed onto a shaker table and berry sorted into open top fermenters. A 3-day cold soak was followed by an approximately 10-dayfermentation. Aged 14 months in our cave, in 70% American oak and 30% French oak barrels, 20% of which was new oak.

Tasting Notes: Juicy and approachable, this wine features all the hallmark aromas and flavors of our estate - bright cherries, pomegranate, with hints of black pepper and wild bay laurel.
