Vineyard Notes: The Chenin Blanc was planted in the 1970s in Villa Seca in the Tunuyán subregion of Uco Valley.

Winemaking Notes: The Chenin Blanc macerated for a short time with its skins. The whole clusters were pressed to old 10,000-liter oak vats. Fermentation occurred with native yeast. The Chenin was kept in contact with the lees for one month. No adjustments, additives, fining or filtering occurred. No SO2 was used at bottling.

Tasting Notes: The nose has multiple layers with notes of orange blossom, daffodil, lemon, quince, cardamon, apricot, and wax bean that leads into a racy and vibrant palette with generous acidity. Grapefruit, green apple, and lemon shine with a touch of salinity that leads to a fresh, bright finish.

The 2022 JI JI JI Chenin Blanc had a short skin contact to give it texture and keep the alcohol to a moderate 12% with good acidity, clean fruit and a strong personality. The wine is very harmonious and balanced, varietal and expressive with a great nose with elegance and nuance, flowers and yellow fruit, herbs and spices. It's delicious, with a very tasty finish and almost a salty twist. Amazing value.

With a low level of alcohol and well-marked acidity, this comes from old vineyards, about 50 years old, in the Villa Seca area. It is a simple and direct white, without aging in barrels, ready now for the aperitif.
