About the Name: "Pour Ma Gueule" is a term commonly used by French vintners which translates to "for my gob" and usually refers to a stash of wine determined too good to sell to the public and reserved for the winemakers' personal consumption.

Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from a single, low-yielding 4.5-acre vineyard of bush vines planted between 1998-2008 in granitic soils at 330 feet altitude. The vineyard is farmed lutte raisonée .

Winemaking Notes: After a 10-day cold soak, the Pinot Noir grapes fermented in concrete. Then, they aged on the lees for 12 months before being bottled lightly filtered.
