Altos de Montanchez (250 ml) 2022 'Vegas Altas' Sauvignon Blanc, Tierra de Extremadura CAN (no inner packs)

Vineyard Notes: This 100% Sauvignon Blanc comes from from around 1ha of vineyards that happened to be there on the certified organic estate. The vineyard is located at 468 meters above sea level and is planted to clay and sandy soils.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes are hand harvested, then fermented using indigenous yeasts in concrete deposits for over 35 days preserving the natural carbonation of the wines, keeping them fresh and alive. The wine is aged on the fine lees for around 5 months after harvest in stainless steel before being bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with low S02 at bottling (less than 25ppm).
