Vineyard Notes: The Vegas Altas Sauvignon Blanc comes from from around 1ha of vineyards. Farming is certified organic with some biodynamic principles.

Winemaking Notes: Grapes are manually harvested. The Sauvignon Blanc ferments spontaneously in concrete and ages on its fine lees for around 5 months in stainless steel. The wine was canned unfined, unfiltered, and with low S02 (less than 25ppm).

Tasting Notes: Perfect straight from the fridge, this canned wine delivers a zesty punch with bursts of lime, green bell pepper, and a pop of lemon zest.

Sustainability: Aluminum cans are 100% recyclable and the most recycled beverage containers in the world. They can be recycled infinitely with no loss of quality. 3/4 of all aluminum ever mined is still in use today! Cans are also lightweight, significantly reducing transportation emissions.
