Vineyard Notes: Grapes come from a 2.2-acre vineyard planted in 1890 in the Nipas subregion of Itata. These very old, dry farmed, bush vines are farmed organically and are planted on silty, black sand and volcanic basalt.
Winemaking Notes: Grapes are harvested by hand and fermented with the native yeasts with 100% stem inclusion. The wine ages for 10 months in neutral oak before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
