Vinification: Whole cluster, spontaneous fermentation in cement, aging on fine lees for 12 months.
Tasting Notes: It is a fresh white from the hills of Goče in Vipava with a tense and vertical character. On the nose it presents a complex, fruity and floral bouquet (wildflowers), with tropical notes of passion fruit and yellow peach. In the mouth, licorice and acacia flowers are added to the peach. Full character.
