The Love Letter Red, made my Palestinian-American Laila Maghathe, is an ode to her Levantine roots. This second vintage of Love Letter is made with indigenous Lebanese grapes, Marini and Merwah. The Marini goes through carbonic maceration in Merwah juice for 10 days before being pressed to stainless steel and then bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfur.
