Brewed using Aichi Prefecture cultivated Yume-Ginga rice milled to 60% of its original size and subterranean soft mineral water that originates from the Tenryu River. Established in 1912, the Fukui family began brewing after being gifted a well by the Toda family, feudal lords of the Mikawa Province in the Tahara domain, under the Tokugawa Shogunate.

Tasting Notes: Mild, crisp, rice-forward, off-dry finish.
