Vineyard Notes: This Muscadet is a blending of various parcels with an average age of 35 years. The parcels are located north of the Lac de Grand-Lieu (lake located to the southwest of Nantes). Vineyards are planted densely with 7,000 vines per hectare. Lutte raisonnée viticulture methods are employed in the vineyard with an aim to avoid chemical or mechanical intervention (certified sustainable by Terra Vitis). This wine is sourced from multiple parcels with varied exposure.

Winemaking Notes: From harvest to vinification to bottling, everything is handled at the Haut Bourg estate. The grapes are traditionally vinified. The must settles for 48 hours and ferments with controlled temperature to accentuate aromas and balance. The wine is vinified and aged on its lees for 8 months. Tartaric stabilization is carried out by chilling the wine.

Tasting Notes: In the glass, this wine is slightly green with golden reflections. Floral aromas are balanced with notes of lemon and citrus. On the palate, the wine is rich and well balanced. Enjoy it with seafood.
