Brewing method: Once fermentation has finished the sake is pressed off from the sediment resulting in a clear sake. It is after this that the sediment is reintroduced to the sake. This allows Kuniko to balance the falvors and texture of the sake, a process that has taken the brewer a long time to perfect.

Taste: The sake is sharp with acidity but still deep and refreshing. Fruity.
