    The single-vineyard 2021 3.000 Cepas fermented in oak barrels, where the wine matured for 12 months and then rested in bottle for another year before it was sold. It feels closed and backward, serious and not marked by the oak, with a lively palate, varietal and mineral, with a moderate 12.5% alcohol. It's long, tasty and balanced.
