Winemakers' Notes: "The people have spoken; the beloved Technicolor is back! Taking inspiration from the original iteration of blending our white/orange/rosé lots together, we've followed suit in 2022. Due to devastating frosts and a complete loss of fruit set in our block at Alder Spring Vineyard, we looked to our other vineyards to create the 2022 - a blend of 7 different varieties in all. As refreshing, complex and unique as ever - the Technicolor honors its Dole fruit cup sprinkled with Maldon salt heritage perfectly.

Since this super special wine is a blend of a few different wines we made in 2022, it would be pretty tough to tell you exactly all of the technical information that went into it. Skin contact Sauvignon Blanc, rosé of Grenache, Picpoul, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, and Grenache Noir make up the blend and were all married with great intention and care well before bottling. All wines followed our general protocol of native primary and secondary ferments, unfined/unfiltered, and minimal So2 before bottling was the only addition."
