Winemaking Notes: Fruit is harvested by hand from biodynamically farmed vines. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in neutral oak with indigenous yeast. The Frei Korper Kultur Rot is aged in neutral oak and bottled without fining, filtration, or added SO2.
