Vineyard Notes: Barone Cornacchia's Trebbiano has been produced from the same hillside vineyard for five generations. The vineyards are organically farmed and all fruit is harvested by hand.

Winemaking Notes: Trebbiano grapes are destemmed and gently pressed in a submerged cap tank. After a temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is matured sur lie for two months, with reassembly once a week. The wine is bottled in March.

Tasting Notes: In the glass, this 100% Trebbiano is a stunning shade of straw yellow with greenish highlights. Aromatics are intense, featuring a fruity and floral bouquet with a hint of apple and fresh white flowers. On the palate, this is a fresh, balanced wine. Pair with seafood, fish dishes and semi-matured cheese.
