Since the day Frank started producing wines back in 2001, the reputation for this contrada has always been high. In cold and difficult vintages, the structure of the soil containing many smaller rocks can give an advantage in absorbing warmth and radiating heat during the colder evening hours. The wines are generally more feminine combining elegance and in the best cases the wines are profound.
