Winemaking Notes: Fruit is manually harvested. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for 12 months in neutral oak. Malolactic fermentation occurs in wood. The wine is not fined and goes through coarse filtration prior to bottling. The wine ages for additional months in bottle before release.

Tasting Notes: This isn’t your typical Barbera. In fact, it’s very atypical in the best way possible. It’s light and fresh with a crunch of minerality at the finish.
