CHA PI is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, hence the name. It is made in the ancestral method with yeasts remaining in the bottle. If you turn the bottle upside down, the yeasts will mix with the wine to enrich the taste and body. Pair this lightly sparkling rosé with sushi or goat cheese dishes. It is also ideal as an aperitif.

    The NV Rosé Cha Pi lifts from the glass with a dusty bouquet of dried flowers, smoke and crushed rocks, with nuances of peach and white strawberries that come forward with coaxing. It's silky in texture, with a stimulating wave of citrus-tinged bubbles and minerals that give way to a pleasant inner sweetness toward the close. This leaves hints of young mango and melon while tapering off remarkably refreshing. The Cha Pi is a Pet Nat-styled blend.
