Winemaking Notes: Fruit is harvested by hand. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeast. Maceration lasts for 2-3 weeks in concrete tank. The wine is then transferred to oak where it is aged for one year. The Domaine Milan Luna & Gaia is bottled without fining or filtration.

Tasting Notes: Aromatics include white flowers and a hint of jasmine tea. Fresh and complex, enjoy notes of ripe oranges and dried citrus fruits.
