Winemaking Notes: Muscat Blanc was manually harvested from the Hunter & Mazetti Vineyard. Grapes were foot-stomped and fermented with indigenous yeast for three days with skins, stems, and seeds. Bubbles formed through naturally occurring secondary fermentation in the bottle and without added sugar. 'LaDona' was not disgorged.
Tasting Notes: This sparkling Muscat is effervescent with small bubbles. Notes of honey, ginger, mango and citrus flowers show on the nose. The wine is dry with a refreshingly bitter bite from the skin contact. Good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
