Elegant, powerful and balanced, this is a stunning Champagne.

92pts (2016 Base) Vinous 7/2018
"The NV Brut Réserve is fascinating to taste next to the December disgorgement. Five extra months on the cork yield a rich, resonant Champagne with tons of textural richness. Bright floral and savory notes meld into an expansive core of fruit in this super-expressive Champagne. Dried apricot, wild flowers, chamomile, lemon confit and chalk all open up in the glass. Whereas the more recent disgorgement shows more Chardonnay character, Pinot is very much front and center here."

The latest release of the NV Brut Réserve was disgorged in October 2019 with seven grams per liter dosage, and it's based on the 2017 vintage. Exhibiting a glass bouquet of citrus oil, oyster shell, fresh peach and toasted nuts, it's medium to full-bodied, racy and tensile, with lovely depth and concentration, fine energy and a long, penetrating finish.
